What is iFLIGHT? ​
iFLIGHT is a two-day immersive leadership and management course designed to help future NHS leaders through real-world problem solving.

Participants will work in small facilitated groups to tackle complex healthcare leadership challenges, mirroring the realities of senior clinical leadership.
​
The leadership and management development will continue at the evening meal, where participants can debrief and then learn from experts by listening to 'fireside' chats.
